I met with about 7 contractors, from Home Advisor to Thumbtack to Craigslist (don’t advise unless they are reputable and, have a website) and Google. I thought I was going to hire this other company until I thought maybe I google one more company in N. FW. The home project Angel was with me that day when I stumbled onto H & H. I called and met Kody on the same day. Initially we were off on pricing but by working together, we agreed on a fair price. We needed a 12×30 patio and the old pad 9×30 removed due to poor quality work when the house was built. Kody and his crew showed up early (before 7:30) and got the work going just two days after meeting Kody. They were done by 2pm and everything got cleaned up. Everyone else I talked to said two days. Most of them would tell me, pay a percentage before the work starts, then pay the concrete truck guy when he comes, then the balance when they were done. I’m thinking like—-this is way too complicated and unpredictable on how long it would complete. After using H& H, never anyone else again for my concrete work. Once you are lucky to stumble on a good company, don’t chance it by hiring others you don’t have any experience with. Take this review as your Angel telling you like she did me. H&H expanded our patio, driveway and added a slab for a shed. They did an amazing job completing all three projects in a timely manner and were very reasonably priced. Kody (the owner) was in constant contact with us throughout the process and followed-up after completion to ensure we were satisfied with the job. His crew was careful and diligent with their work.
